This e-learning will help schools understand the possibilities inherent in school-wide restorative approaches (SWRA). The interactive course provides an overview of SWRA that aims to enhance resilience and positive school culture while prioritizing relationship-based pedagogies, justice and equity, youth voice, and well-being for students, teachers, and families. This module is meant for you to complete individually or in a group with other faculty and staff at your school. Over 1-2 hours, the module provides opportunities to reflect, test your knowledge, and explore how schools can take steps to prepare for school-wide restorative practice implementation.
