Program Director

The Program Director is responsible for leading an array of innovative programming and facilitation responsibilities, communications, and development work that serve to amplify the roles and responsibilities of youth as full partners in learning and educational change.  This Program Director will be primarily responsible for UP’s programming focused on education for sustainability, and additional customized programs for middle schools and high schools.

This full-time position is a mix of remote and on-site work, at our office in Montpelier and at various school and community sites to provide training, coaching and presentations. Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, relationship and development skills are required.  A proven capacity to work independently and be an integral member of our team is essential. The salary range for this position is $65,000-$70,000 with a competitive benefits package.
