During their second meeting in March, the team will continue their work to implement six Antiracism Demands.
During their final retreat of the year, the youth/adult team will work on implementing the actions they have determined to pursue from their school climate survey.
The RP team will meet to continue their exploration and implementation of restorative practices at Montpelier High School.
Superintendent Ryan Hearty and Curriculum Director Toni Martindell will host monthly meetings with youth and adult members at each of the schools in the LSSU. These meetings will be facilitated in partnership with UP for Learning.

In their third retreat, the Restorative Practices team from Edmunds Middle School will met with the Edmunds Principal to co-design the structure of the lunch period at the school next year. They will also focus on discussing athletic policies at the school. Along the way, they will build community and play games!
In this retreat, the YFET will focus on making recommendations to the BSD administrators in order to improve communications with parents and caregivers in the district.
The Student Voice Advisory at Brandywine School District will meet to build community and work on action planning for the year.
