UP will meet with the facilitation team and both the middle and high school district-wide teams to continue the momentum for Student Voice Advisories in each school.
Methuen (MA) School District will work with 5 schools on a Youth Participatory Action Research Project with a large youth-adult team. This is their fourth retreat.
Bryan Allen Stevenson School of Excellence (BASSE) in DE continues to develop its Student Voice Advisories.
LNSU Equity Design Team is in its second year. This final retreat will continue with visioning towards a powerful school year centering equity work in their community.
UP for Learning will plan and facilitate 4 half day training sessions and 4 hour-long in-school meetings to engage a team of 15-20 4th and 5th grade students and 2-3 adults in exploring topics such as community, belonging, values, leadership, restorative practices and facilitation as they align with identified school and district priorities.
