UP for Learning will plan and facilitate 4 half day training sessions and 4 hour-long in-school meetings to engage a team of 15-20 4th and 5th grade students and 2-3 adults in exploring topics such as community, belonging, values, leadership, restorative practices and facilitation as they align with identified school and district priorities.
Twinfield School 8th graders members will hold their retreat at Goddard College.

As part of the Lamoille North SU project, Hyde Park Elementary School will look at data related to their school's culture and community.
Windsor High School is renewing their commitment to student voice and leadership in school transformation. The school is prioritizing a key goal: ensuring every student feels a deep sense of belonging and inclusion. To support this, the Student Council is being reimagined to focus more intentionally on policy, governance, and meaningful student participation in decision-making.
UP will work with a representative Planning Team for the organization, planning, and facilitation of the bi-monthly Anti-Racism Steering Committee (ARSC) meetings and the half-day retreats. This was the facilitator training.
UP will support the U32 Student Council in planning and facilitating a full day kickoff retreat to connect as a team, vision and plan for the school year, participate in skill building, develop an understanding of how to be a true representative of the student body, and ground into the Youth Participatory Action Research process.
UP for Learning will plan and facilitate five half-day (3-4 hour) retreats to support the learning and work of a representative youth-adult team representing upper elementary- high school to Build a Culture of Shared Responsibility and Partnership at Cabot School.
