Springfield (MA) Public District will work with all schools on a Youth Participatory Action Research Project with a large youth-adult team. They will begin this work with a Leadership Retreat.
Springfield (MA) Public District will work with all schools on a Youth Participatory Action Research Project with a large youth-adult team. They will begin this work with a Leadership Retreat.
UP for Learning will plan and facilitate 4 half day training sessions and 4 hour-long in-school meetings to engage a team of 15-20 4th and 5th grade students and 2-3 adults in exploring topics such as community, belonging, values, leadership, restorative practices and facilitation as they align with identified school and district priorities.
U32 Middle/High School Student Council will work with UP to better understand the WHY, WHAT and HOW of being leaders and facilitating with a peer group at their own school. This is their third retreat.
UP and Eagle will co-create retreats to accomplosh these goals: Lead a Youth Participatory Action Research (YPAR) project that centers student voice and experience at Eagle Bay Academy Gather and analyze data on student experiences during the program’s first year Identify key strengths and areas for growth within the Eagle Bay Academy model Share findings […]

Twinfield School 8th graders members will hold their retreat at Goddard College.
