YPAR Project

The youth-adult team at Barnet School will work  to build a middle school/whole-school culture where every student feels a strong sense of belonging, emotional safety, and well-being. Guided by the values of kindness, respect, accountability, and ownership, the team will be  focused on strengthening relationships and improving the overall climate of the school. By promoting student agency through meaningful action, they will aim to shift the perception that youth have little control over their learning environment and instead foster a community where all voices are heard and valued.
