YPAR: Eagle Bay Academy

UP and Eagle will co-create retreats to accomplosh these goals:
- Lead a Youth Participatory Action Research (YPAR) project that centers student voice and experience at Eagle Bay Academy
- Gather and analyze data on student experiences during the program’s first year
- Identify key strengths and areas for growth within the Eagle Bay Academy model
- Share findings with the Eagle Bay Academy community to foster transparency and collaboration
- Co-create an action plan for the 2025–2026 school year grounded in the insights gathered
