UP and Eagle will co-create retreats to accomplosh these goals:

Lead a Youth Participatory Action Research (YPAR) project that centers student voice and experience at Eagle Bay Academy
Gather and analyze data on student experiences during the program’s first year
Identify key strengths and areas for growth within the Eagle Bay Academy model
Share findings with the Eagle Bay Academy community to foster transparency and collaboration
Co-create an action plan for the 2025–2026 school year grounded in the insights gathered
