Youth Leadership Training

Montpelier Main Street Middle School Sustain Youth will develop Youth Leadership. The theme/goals of the initial retreat will be Who Am I As Leader? And will include:

• Youth leadership identity and skill building activities. 
• An introduction to YPAR- data collection through the lens of UP Survey results analysis and team goal setting (who are we as a team? How do we grow as a team?)
