Transforming School Culture Through Reatoraitve Practices: 4-Part Professional Learning Series
This learning opportunity is for School- Based Prevention professionals and any other education professionals interested in Restorative Practices.
Build Just, Joyful, and Connected Communities through Restorative Practices
In this four-part learning series focused on strengths-based approaches to equity, shared responsibility, and authentic youth-adult partnership.
When implemented holistically, restorative practices shift school culture by centering relationships, valuing every voice, and fostering collaborative problem-solving. Participants will explore the “why” behind restorative practices, build fluency in core concepts, examine the role of youth-adult partnership within a restorative mindset, and consider the stages of implementation at both the school and district levels. Join us to reimagine what’s possible when community, connection, and care are at the heart of learning environments.
