Transforming School Culture through Restorative Practices

The Patriot Program YPAR projects will address program needs and student guidance and will include: climate/culture, restorative practices, student voice, equity, prevention, school transformation, emergent needs, etc. 

•  3 YPAR retreats (in-person) for a core team of youth and adults, designed to set the team up build community, analyze YRBS and qualitative data, act upon data to strengthen the Patriot Program culture/climate/community (up to 3 hours in length)(in-person)
• Up to 10 hours of coaching the team before, in between, and after the retreats (virtual)
