Driven by a thriving Student Voice Team, a growing culture of youth-adult partnership and the practice of Youth Participatory Action Research, NCCC will extend its work to engage the community giving voice to all stakeholders and resulting in a CLNA that is student centered and focused on increasing equity and access to CTE programs. This work will leverage the momentum of the Student Voice Team through collaboration with the staff and administration of the career center. The data collected through the YPAR process will also serve the Student Voice Team as they attend to their short and long term goals.
