The third in a series of retreats this year, middle and high school youth and adult teams from Proctor High School, Poultney High School, Rutland Town School and West Rutland School will come together to continue the work of transforming their school cultures through restorative practices. They will focus on community building, youth-adult partnership, identifying values, crafting team agreements to support their best work, and developing communications plans around their action steps.
