UP for Learning will support the youth-adult team in designing, planning and facilitating up to 8 staff meetings with the theme of Building a Culture of Shared Responsibility and Partnership at Cabot School. In addition to the half-day retreats (which will be followed by four of the staff meetings), UP will support the additional staff meetings through 1-hour pre-meetings with the team before each staff meeting.
