P2C2 Retreat #1

P2C2 Teams at Vergennes and Ferrisburgh ES will be guided through analyzing data and action planning using their own school climate surveys in a process called Youth Participatory Action Research (YPAR). UP will design and facilitate three half-day training sessions at each school in a class/with a team/ club/etc. to engage in activities that explore topics such as listening, resilience, belonging, generosity, mastery, independence, values, and empathy. Includes all preparation, planning, facilitation, materials, and mileage. A representative team of 4th, 5th, and/or 6th  grade youth and adult partner(s). This is dependent on the school and its capacity for this program.
