P2C2 Pownal Retreat #1

Personal Power and Community Connections (P2C2):

UP for Learning will plan and facilitate up to 3 training sessions (“retreats”) approximately 2-3 hours long at Pownal Elementary School to engage 5th grade groups in exploring topics such as school culture, climate, and creating a strong school community youth voice and leadership, and restorative practices as they align with identified school and district priorities.

The team will be guided through analyzing data and action planning (using data such as school climate survey data or data which the team works to collect) in a process called Youth Participatory Action Research (YPAR).
