
As part of the Lamoille North SU project, teams of 6-10 youth and 1-2 adults from all 5 ES in the district will participate in three half-day retreats to design a district wide Elementary School climate survey with a focus on equity in a process called Youth Participatory Action Research (YPAR). UP will design sessions with this district wide group to engage in activities that explore topics such as listening, resilience, belonging, generosity, mastery, independence, values, kindness and empathy.
