In this second retreat, the team will focus on community building, as well as continuing to look at restorative approaches to improve the school’s culture and climate. They will also be exploring how to offer more equitable opportunities to engage all students in their learning. Youth will facilitate follow-up activities for the Leland and Gray faculty.
At UP for Learning, we believe we all must play our part in uprooting and rebuilding the systems behind inequities.
