Goals:

• Build relationships and identify shared values as a team
• Explore the meaning of partnership and productive relationships
• Identify personal leadership styles which include strengths and areas of growth to know how to work better as a whole group
• Learn what successful facilitation looks like, what the role of the facilitator is in discussion, and strategies for efficient facilitation
• Specific training in WHY, WHAT and HOW to facilitate with a peer group at their own school
